Gina Lollobrigida Hybrid Tea

I didn't need more roses. But I was up north near a nursery I've only been to once before, and I decided to stop by. That was most likely a mistake. I was there for two hours and left with four roses. I decided that if I was really going to be getting more, I needed a solid yellow. Not an orange blend, not a pink blend, but pure yellow. I'm still planning to rip out Midas Touch, which would only leave Julia Child and sort of Carol Burnett (that one tends to turn apricot and is on the orange side anyway). Gina is a gorgeous deep yellow without having any touch of orange. And she smells good, too!

She's been planted near my back gate and I'm delighted with the positioning. The bright vivid yellow is awesome in that spot.
