March 2010 I'm so glad I decided to get a bright solid yellow. I waffled on it, but I have a lack of solid yellows since I keep grabbing orange/yellow/pink blends. Julia Child and Midas Touch are really the only other ones, and Midas Touch has a death sentence because I don't like it.
I planted this near the back gate and I already love how much the color pops out.

March 2010 My side fence and the orange tree above. I planted Heaven on Earth and Gina Lollabrigida here. Also redid the rock border so it actually looks like a border. Cherish and the unknown pink/red rose are in the background. That unknown one will be shovel-pruned once it finishes the bloom it's about to start, and then Papa Meilland (deep red) will take its place.

April 2010 Curls!
July 2010 I'm still happy I got this rose... not the strongest smell, but so far a good bloomer, a consistently bright and pretty yellow (no fading), and I like the shape of the blooms.
July 2010 Ruffly Gina.
July 2010
July 2010 Three of the four roses in this section.
Cherish and Heaven on Earth are just starting to go nuts, while Gina has already gone bonkers. :>
I'm so glad I decided to get Gina. It may not have that strong a smell, but it makes up for it with quantity and quality.
September 2010 Gina Lollobrigida is starting up a new flush and I'm reminded of how much I love this rose. The color is so YELLOW. And it stays yellow. I also love the shape and form of it. I won't pick this rose because I love the pop of yellow where it grows. It just highlights the whole area.
