The first bud to split on Julia Child this year. There are a whole bunch of bunches like this, but this is the only one to split so far.
Julia Child started opening her first bud today.
The vivid yellow of two just-opened flowers and the faded yellow of an older one.
I thought this opening Julia Child was interesting... I imagine it will look completely different in a few hours. :)
